Go to 'My Orders' and select the item you want to return within 7 days of delivery.
Choose a convenient pickup slot. Our logistics partner will collect the item from your doorstep.
Once received, we inspect the item to ensure it meets return eligibility criteria.
Refund is processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days.
For quality-related returns, we provide free reverse pickup. For change-of-mind returns, a shipping fee of ₹49 will be deducted from your refund. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, return shipping is completely free.
