Go to 'My Orders' and select the item you want to return within the return window shown on the product page.
Choose a convenient pickup slot. Our logistics partner will collect the item from your doorstep.
Once received, we inspect the item to ensure it meets return eligibility criteria.
Refund is processed within 5-7 business days to your chosen payment method (original or wallet).
The return window varies by product — check the product page for the exact number of days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your preferred destination (original payment method or wallet). You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days.
For quality-related returns, we provide free reverse pickup. For change-of-mind returns, a shipping fee may be deducted from your refund. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, return shipping is completely free.
